Peregrine is the prime for this ARNG effort, in which the general clerks on our staff are responsible for administrative functions in support of Recruits in the Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP). These personnel, perform all duties outlined in the Duty Task List to ensure successful execution of the contract, while the National Guard Bureau, through the national contract Program Manager, provides general and technical guidance. Major duties for the General Clerks assigned at the state level plan and execute administrative and personnel functions in support of preparing Recruits for Initial Entry Training (IET). Primary duties include Vulcan Application data entry, shipper packet quality control along with reporting and communicating shipper issues.
