Peregrine Technical Solutions has three functional areas where we concentrate our operational focus:
Peregrine Technical Solutions personnel have extensive Information Assurance/Cyber Security knowledge and credentials, as well as comprehensive and current practical Information Assurance experience, particularly with respect to conducting Certification & Accreditation activities for the Navy and other Services under the DIACAP and RMF. We are primarily a Federal contractor, certified as a Fully Qualified Naval Validator (C0124), having completed six IA contracts in the last two years, and we currently have four cyber security efforts ongoing.
Peregrine analysts have developed and currently maintain a network forensic analysis capability to enhance response to, support of, and investigation into suspected data breaches to provide a clearer view of the exploits, vulnerabilities, and tactics, techniques, and procedures used to cause the incident(s). Peregrine’s professionals have unparalleled experience conducting network assessments in a wide variety of settings, and they have been protecting systems with a variety of risk mitigation efforts for the last decade. In coordination with a major cyber liability underwriting program, Peregrine has developed a series of classes on best practices with regard to cyber security.
Peregrine has an experienced IW Team that knows Cyber Warfare and US DOD Information Operations/Information Warfare and currently implements this methodology for our customers on a daily basis. Our President serves as the Chief Editor of the Journal of Information Warfare, a double-blind peer reviewed journal; the Program Director of the International Conference of Cyber Warfare and Security; and the Vice-Chair Working Group 9.10 – Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Uses in Peace and War.
