GSA OASIS+ (One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services) is a suite of government-wide, multiple-award contracts created by the GSA to streamline how federal agencies procure complex professional services.
The GSA rolled out OASIS+, the next-generation suite of services contracts. This designated “Best-in-Class” (BIC) acquisition program expands vendor capabilities and further simplifies task-level procurement across domains like management, IT, and consulting.
The OASIS program provides a flexible framework for agencies to acquire integrated professional, scientific, technical, and management services.
Key features of the OASIS contract program include:
- Scope of Services: Covers a wide variety of disciplines, including program management consulting, logistics, engineering, financial services, and scientific solutions.
- Contract Structure: It consists of multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. These contracts typically feature a 5-year base period with one 5-year option, allowing for cumulative ordering periods of up to 10 years.
- Socioeconomic Categories: The contracts are segmented to help federal agencies meet their small business goals, including specific set-asides for Small Business (SB) and 8(a) designated companies.
- 10-year order period: (Base of five-year and one five-year option period) with no contract ceiling or cap on awards (contract and task-order level).
