22 May 2012 – We are pleased to announce that Peregrine is now officially certified as a HUBZone as well as an ANC 8(a).

13 April 2012 – The Small Business Administration (SBA) certified Peregrine as an 8(a) under NAICS code 541513. We are one of only a handful of ANCs based in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and per the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), sections 19.805-1 and 13 C.F.R. 124.517(a), Peregrine can receive sole source awards from the federal government.

Who we are:

Peregrine Technical Solutions, LLC (dba Peregrine), is an Alaskan Native-owned Corporation (ANC) certified as a participant in the U.S. Small Business Administration's (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program with HUBZone status (#47857). A subsidiary of Goldbelt Inc., we were founded in 2011 to meet the expanding requirements in cyber offense /defense activities, to include full-spectrum Information Assurance (IA), Cyber Warfare and Security Engineering for Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP). Peregrine Technical Solutions can also support the deployment of Cross Domain Solutions.

Our Heritage:

An outgrowth of the Alaskan Pipeline (1971), Public Law (92-203) provided nearly a billion dollars in compensation to resolve outstanding land claims. It conveyed fee-simple title to 40 million acres of land in Alaska to Alaska Natives. The legislation specified that 13 regional corporations be created, and 203 village corporations be formed. Goldbelt is an Alaskan Native Corporation 8(a) formed from this act. An urban corporation based in Juneau, Alaska established under the terms of the ANCSA, Goldbelt’s mission is to manage their financial assets and conduct business on behalf of its 3,200 Alaska Native shareholders. Goldbelt is making an important and constructive difference in shareholder lives, which is reflected in corporate practices, toward building businesses incorporating cultural values and protecting ancestral homelands for future generations, to include land stewardship and control of the corporate structure.
